bushplane

The F-102 Delta Dagger on static display at the gate of Ellington Field in Houston, Texas, had the name of Lt. G. W. Bush stenciled under the cockpit.  That was until late January when the name was painted over.  The name has not reappeared and the questions “Who painted over the name?” and “Why did they do it?” are begging to be answered.

Debbie Schlussel has the story.

How the Army will view a Secretary who bought his position by selling out the United States is quite another matter.

John McHugh sold out the United States by votiing for the biggest and most sweeping tax to ever be imposed on the American people.  Disguised as a cure for mythical global warming, the cap and trade bill will cripple our industries, small businesses and ultimately the public with a huge increase in costs for all forms of energy.

Here is John McHugh talking in front of the Council on Foreign Relations a few weeks ago.

In the video he claims “Nobody ever paid for my opinion”, probably true, but someone sure as hell paid for your vote, John.

So, we know what form his forty pieces of silver took.  Now lets see how he deals with people for whom honor actually means something.

Update 6/30/09:

The St. Lawrence County Republitarian writes McHugh a letter.

The PGR rode in the Memorial Day Parade at Baldwin, Long Island on May 25, 2009.  It was a large impressive parade made all the more so by the Patriot Guard Riders’ presence.  The American Legion also presented the PGR with an award.

Thanks to Greg for all the great shots!

TimesSquareFathersDay

We received a warning that moonbats were going to stage a waterboarding demonstration outside the Times Square Recruiting Station on Father’s Day.  The moonbats were a no show, but our Eagles were there anyway!  Great job everyone!

Last night we joined with Patriots from the Conservative Society for Action and a number of other groups to send a very clear message to Congressman Tim Bishop that the days of socialist nirvana have come to a screeching halt.  Hundreds of fed up constituents swarmed his Town Hall meeting in Setauket, Long Island, to let him know that they are Taxed Enough Already and they did not appreciate a Nancy Pelosi clone representing them in Congress.

So many people showed up that the parking facilities at the Setauket Community House was filled to overflowing and all available on-road parking was taken up for blocks around.  By the time Bishop arrived he had to park three blocks away and run the gauntlet of Tea Party protesters!  The look on his face was priceless as he finally got to the hall.

Once the Town Hall meeting commenced it quickly became apparent that his lackeys in the crowd were far outnumbered by folks with serious issues about all the things Congress has been doing in the past five months.  Cheers went up whenever a questioner raised a good point or contradicted his socialist assumptions about healthcare, global warming, taxes, etc…

The large crowd outside the meeting hall kept up loud chants and managed several times to get protest signs visible in the windows behind the podium.  Excellent questions were raised regarding Cap and Trade, Single Payer Insurance, Second Amendment, Veteran’s Healthcare, and others.

It quickly became obvious that Tim Bishop:

  • supports single payer health insurance and the destruction of our private healthcare industry.
  • supports a ban on ‘assault’ weapons but can’t define the term.
  • is a ‘true believer’ in ‘Global Warming’ and will do anything, including destroying the United States economy, to punish Americans for using what he perceives to be too high a percentage of the earth’s natural resources.
  • really is a Nancy Pelosi clone who agrees with her on every issue in her socialist agenda.  A true member of the ‘Know Nothing” party.
  • needs another job where he can’t harm anything of substance.  Dog catcher comes to mind.

After the meeting was over, Congressman Bishop once again had to run the gauntlet of Tea Party Patriots back to his car.  This time he was escorted by Suffolk County police, but he was dogged by a crowd of about two hundred brandishing signs and singing chants of Pelosi, Bishop, No Difference!  One wag remarked that the only thing missing from that scene was torches being carried by the crowd!

This action was an excellent opening of the second stage of the Tea Party movement.  Holding our elected representatives responsible for their actions!  Look for more of these around the state and the country in coming weeks!

Some pictures are here.

More Video will be available soon.

Lee Zeldin accurately described Bishop as following a Pelosi agenda at :38 into this video from last year.

Moe Lane has more on how another Congressman responded to being interviewed.

Chris Hill, National Director of Gathering of Eagles, was asked to speak at the Ride of the Brave event of the Vietnam Vets Motorcycle Club.  He does an outstanding job!

Today hundreds of Tea Party Patriots descended on Albany.

A News Report with video is here.  More herehere and here.

Another News Report video is here.  Good video and report here.

Nancy writes:

My guess would be about 800 attendees.  My sister and I took the Syracuse charter and I noticed buses from Rochester and Long Island.  I also saw signs for groups from Norwich and Watertown.

A Troy, NY reporter happened to stop my sister and me to ask a few questions about why we were at the March on Albany rally.  Lo and behold she actually quoted us (see troyrecord.com link below).  A four year boy led rally attendees in the Pledge of Allegiance – he was magnificent (see him in the video in the capitalnews9 link).  The woman who spoke in this video was from Rochester.

Rockville Centre, Long Island, had its first ever Tea Party on Monday!  Organized by RVC native Mickey Clark, over a hundred folks gathered along Sunrise Highway with their signs and flags protesting the outrageous irresponsible spending being foisted upon us by our elected representatives.  It was quite obvious that both democrats and republicans were being held to account for their profligacy and that the people are fed up with the entire spendapalooza going on in Washington and New York.

Some from the crowd are planning to take their message to Albany on Tuesday along with Tea Party Patriots from all across New York State.

More pictures here.  Unfortunately my camera batteries died so I wasn’t able to do justice to all the signs.

Update 6/24/09:  I just received a slew of great photos taken by Greg and they are now added to the picture link.
